Trusting the Process
In the world of permanent makeup, the canvas is alive—each face telling its own story. And with every stroke, a delicate dance begins: one that navigates change, trust, and the quiet courage it takes to see yourself differently.
For the artist, this work is about more than technique. It's about gently guiding clients through the vulnerability of transformation—holding space for their hopes, their hesitations, and the silent question: Will I still look like me?
There's beauty in that tension. In honoring what makes someone unique, while offering refinement that enhances rather than erases. Every session is a collaboration—a slow unfolding where expectations evolve and natural features are celebrated, not masked.
Permanent makeup isn’t instant. It develops. It settles. Just like self-perception. And part of the artist’s role is to help clients move through that in-between space—where the change is still new, and self-trust is still growing.
It’s a privilege and a responsibility: to enhance with intention, to honor what’s already there, and to walk beside someone as they embrace a new version of themselves—one that still feels like home.
And just like the process itself, our policies are rooted in care, transparency, and trust.
Because transformation takes time, and every face heals differently, we’ve created a refund policy that reflects the same thoughtful, patient approach we bring to our artistry. Below, you'll find the details of how we honor both your experience and the integrity of the work.
Refund Policy
At Bon Beauté, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional results—and part of that includes honoring the natural healing process and ensuring open communication when concerns arise.
Healing Must Be Complete and Second Appointment Finalized Before Refunds Are Considered
Permanent makeup results are not immediate. Color, definition, and shape will continue to evolve throughout the healing process, which typically takes 4–6 weeks. Because of this, refund requests will not be considered until the healing stage is fully complete, all aftercare guidelines have been followed, and the standard second appointment has been completed to allow for any necessary refinements.
Touch-Up Appointments Are Part of the Process
The touch-up session (if applicable) is designed to perfect and adjust your results once healing is complete. Many perceived imperfections are easily addressed during this visit and do not warrant a refund.
Phone or In-Person Consultation Is Required Before Refund Approval
To ensure fairness and clarity, clients must be willing to speak in person or by phone before a refund can be processed. This conversation helps us fully understand your experience and explore any solutions together. Our goal is not just to correct, but to care.
No Refunds for Services Rendered Without Proper Evaluation
Because permanent makeup is a time- and product-intensive service, we do not offer refunds for completed services without proper follow-up and evaluation. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Allergic Reactions or Medical Complications
If an unexpected allergic reaction or medical concern occurs, documentation may be required, and we will handle the situation with compassion and professionalism.
