Deposit Refund Policy
Deposit & Refund Policy
Because our calendar is booked well in advance, and significant time and care are dedicated to preparing for each appointment, ALL deposits made with Bon Beauté are considered non-refundable, regardless of whether services are rendered. Deposits serve as a reservation agreement between the client and Bon Beauté and secure dedicated time, preparation, and availability.
In the rare event that a deposit is approved for refund at our discretion, a $35 small-business processing fee will be deducted from the total amount refunded.
We appreciate your understanding and respect for the time, intention, and artistry that go into each appointment.

Rendered Service Refund Policy
Completed Service Refund Policy
At Bon Beauté, your satisfaction and trust mean everything to us. We are committed to delivering high-quality, professional results—and part of that includes honoring the natural healing process and ensuring open communication when concerns arise.
Please review the following refund policy carefully:
Healing Must Be Complete and Second Appointment Finalized Before Refunds Are Considered
Permanent makeup results are not immediate. Color, definition, and shape will continue to evolve throughout the healing process, which typically takes 4–6 weeks. Because of this, refund requests will not be considered until the healing stage is fully complete, all aftercare guidelines have been followed, and the standard second appointment has been completed to allow for any necessary refinements.Touch-Up Appointments Are Part of the Process
The touch-up session (if applicable) is designed to perfect and adjust your results once healing is complete. Many perceived imperfections are easily addressed during this visit and do not warrant a refund.Phone or In-Person Consultation Is Required Before Refund Approval
To ensure fairness and clarity, clients must be willing to speak in person or by phone before a refund can be processed. This conversation helps us fully understand your experience and explore any solutions together. Our goal is not just to correct, but to care.No Refunds for Services Rendered Without Proper Evaluation
Because permanent makeup is a time- and product-intensive service, we do not offer refunds for completed services without proper follow-up and evaluation. Each concern will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Allergic Reactions or Medical Complications
If an unexpected allergic reaction or medical concern occurs, documentation may be required, and we will handle the situation with compassion and professionalism. -
Third Appointment
Third Appointment Policy (Final, Enforceable Version)
Bon Beauté permanent makeup services are designed as a two-appointment process, consisting of an initial session followed by one touch-up appointment scheduled 6–8 weeks later.
In certain cases, a third appointment may be discussed and will fall into one of the following categories:
1. Artist-Directed Completion (No Additional Charge)
A third appointment may be offered at no additional charge only when Bon Beauté determines that the original treatment plan was not fully achieved due to technical execution. This option is limited and provided at the artist’s sole discretion.
2. Skin-Condition Dependent Extension (Additional Fee Applies)
A third appointment may be recommended with an additional fee when skin characteristics require conservative layering or extended strategy. This includes, but is not limited to, previously treated skin, corrective work, mature skin, scar tissue, oily skin, or unpredictable pigment retention.
These appointments reflect advanced time, tools, and expertise, not an error in the original service.
3. Client-Elected Enhancement (Additional Fee Applies)
A third appointment is considered elective and subject to an additional fee when pigment has healed successfully within Bon Beauté’s intended soft, natural aesthetic and additional saturation or density is requested outside the original design plan.
Additional Notes
Appointments scheduled more than six (6) months after the most recent session are considered a refresh and are not part of the original treatment series.
Bon Beauté artists reserve the right to guide, limit, or decline additional layering if further pigment placement may compromise skin integrity or long-term results.
